The 8 Way Air Header is designed for effective distribution of compressed air from a single inlet to eight outlet connections in industrial pneumatic systems. At Sea Metal Industries, the 8 way air header is custom manufactured as per customer drawing and specific operating requirements. The header pipe is fabricated using high-quality seamless pipe, generally ranging from 1½ inch to 2 inch NB, with Schedule 40 or Schedule 80, based on pressure and application needs. Caps or reducers welded to the header pipe are manufactured from forged material to ensure strength and long service life.

This air header can be manufactured in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Hot Dip Galvanized Carbon Steel, Brass, Aluminum, or Mild Steel, depending on environmental and operating conditions. Flanged or three-piece union type inlet connections are provided for ease of installation. The eight outlet connections are fitted with ball valves or needle valves, commonly in 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" sizes, with nipples made from seamless pipe. A 1/2" or 1" drain connection with ball valve, needle valve, gate valve, or globe valve can be provided as per customer requirement. Optional mounting brackets are available. Each air header is tested at 150 PSI pneumatically and 1000 PSI hydraulically to ensure safe and reliable performance.
