The 6 Way Air Header is designed for efficient distribution of compressed air from a single inlet to six outlet connections in industrial pneumatic systems. At Sea Metal Industries, this air header is custom manufactured as per customer drawing and application requirements. The header pipe is constructed from high-quality seamless pipe, typically in the range of 1½ inch to 2 inch NB, with Schedule 40 or Schedule 80, depending on pressure requirements. Caps or reducers welded to the header pipe are manufactured from forged material to ensure strength and durability.

The 6 way air header can be manufactured in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Hot Dip Galvanized Carbon Steel, Brass, Aluminum, or Mild Steel, based on operating conditions. Inlet connections are provided in flanged type or three-piece union type. The six outlet connections are equipped with ball valves or needle valves, commonly in 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" sizes, with nipples manufactured from seamless pipe. A drain connection of 1/2" or 1" with ball valve, needle valve, gate valve, or globe valve can be provided as per customer requirement. Optional mounting brackets are available. Each air header is pneumatically tested at 150 PSI and hydraulically tested at 1000 PSI to ensure safe and reliable performance.
