The 12 Way Air Header is designed to distribute compressed air from a single inlet to twelve outlet connections in industrial pneumatic systems. At Sea Metal Industries, this air header is custom manufactured as per customer drawing and specific application requirements. The header pipe is fabricated using high-quality seamless pipe, typically in 1½ inch to 2 inch NB, with Schedule 40 or Schedule 80, depending on operating pressure. Caps or reducers welded to the header pipe are manufactured from forged material to ensure strength and long service life.

The 12 way air header can be manufactured in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Hot Dip Galvanized Carbon Steel, Brass, Aluminum, or Mild Steel, based on environmental conditions and customer preference. Flanged or three-piece union type inlet connections are provided for ease of installation. The twelve outlet connections are fitted with ball valves or needle valves, commonly in 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" sizes, with nipples manufactured from seamless pipe. A 1/2" or 1" drain connection with ball valve, needle valve, gate valve, or globe valve can be provided as per requirement. Optional mounting brackets are available. Each air header is pneumatically tested at 150 PSI and hydraulically tested at 1000 PSI to ensure safe and reliable performance.
